We can help with all aspects of your project with our pre-construction services during the planning phase. Offering takeoffs, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering and conflict resolution to help save time and money on the project before a shovel hits the ground.

Job Start-up and Planning

 

We offer full service project management to get projects off the ground seamlessly. We include assistance with permitting, submittal procurement and processing, scheduling, coordination with the municipality, preconstruction meetings and full safety program implementation on all of our projects.

Site Construction

 

As a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and Underground Utility Contractor we can perform all aspects of Site Development including Erosion Control, Site Demolition and Clearing, Earthwork, Grading, Paving, Site Concrete, Striping, Storm Drainage, Sanitary Sewer Collection and Domestic Water Distribution. Through working with our Trade Partners we are also able to offer Class V Firemain services.

Closeout

 

In today’s market the project is not complete when the physical work is done. We don’t stop until the job is 100% closed out. Whether it be permit close-out, assistance with utility certifications, as-built completion , O&M Manuals or final inspections we pride ourselves in seeing projects through to the end.
