We can help with all aspects of your project with our pre-construction services during the planning phase. Offering takeoffs, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering and conflict resolution to help save time and money on the project before a shovel hits the ground.
Job Start-up
We offer full service project management to get projects off the ground smoothly. We include assistance with permitting, submittal procurement and processing, scheduling, coordination with the municipality, preconstruction meetings, as well as a full safety program implementation on all of our projects.
Construction and Closeout
As a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and Underground Utility Contractor we can perform all aspects of site development, to include erosion control, site demolition and clearing, earthwork, grading, paving, site concrete, striping, storm drainage, sanitary sewer collection and domestic water distribution. With the help of our carefully selected trade partners we are also able to offer Class V Fire-main Services.
